“Each day, somewhere in the world, recovery begins when one alcoholic talks with another alcoholic, sharing experience, strength, and hope.” (from “Alcoholics Anonymous”, 3rd Edition, page xxii)
And indeed, that’s what our recovery program at Tallgrass is all about. All staff members are in recovery, dedicated to helping those in need of recovery. Eye to eye, with a message of depth and weight, experienced in the life left behind, and what life ahead offers as a sober and clean individual in recovery, the stories will be told.

Tallgrass relies on over 250 volunteers from the vibrant, recovery community in Sioux Falls, SD. In addition, nearly all of Tallgrass’ employees are themselves in recovery.
